FCExchange.com is a foreign currency exchange service that converts money and foreign currencies at competitive currency rates in USA.

You can pay by valid Visa or MasterCard - commission free! Under NO terms will third party credit card usage be allowed.

3. How can I receive my payment?
You can receive your foreign currency in cash or in a commercial check. With our commercial checks, the payee must have a bank account in the currency of the check and the check must be deposited. Commercial checks are a good way to pay international bills.

4. Is there a minimum/maximum that I can order?
The minimum order amount is $100. The maximum order is $3000.

5. How do I know that my credit card information will be sent securely over the Internet?
FCExchange.com is committed to providing our customers with the most secure means available for doing transactions over the Internet. All transactions take place on a secure server with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128 bit encryption. This is the highest level of encryption available. As a valued customer, we like to keep you informed as to the security of your transactions with us.

What is Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)?
SSL is a program layer for managing the security of message transmissions in a network. Created by Netscape, the idea is that the programming for keeping one’s messages confidential should be contained in a program layer between an application (eg: a Web browser or HTTP) and the Internet’s TCP/IP layers. “Sockets” refers to the sockets method of passing data between program layers in the same computer or between a client and a server program in a network. 9. How do I know if I am getting cash or a commercial check?
Currencies that come in both cash and commercial check. Customers ordering a commercial check or any questions regarding your order, do not hesitate to contact one of our representatives at 703-379-5166 between 9:00 and 5:00 EST.

10. What happens if no one is home to sign for the package?
There are two options for customers who are not home during the day. One option is to ask that the delivery be held off until a more convenient day when someone is available to sign for the package. The second option is to have the courier leave a note with the tracking number of your package and a number to call on your door. You can then call the courier to make alternative delivery arrangements.

12. Do you sell travelers' checks?
No, FCExchange.com, does not sell travelers' checks, but instead commercial checks that are good option for international bill payments.

13. What are commercial checks?
Commercial checks are our own company checks that come in 34 different currencies. These can be made payable to the person of your choice ("payee") as long as the "payee" has a bank account in the currency of the checks. The checks must be deposited into the account before it can be cashed.

14. Why buy commercial checks?
Commercial checks are a great way to pay for bills in foreign countries. You have the advantage of receiving a good rate of exchange while the "payee" receives the payment in his/her own currency. International bill payment has never been easier!

Conditions and Fees
15. How long does the order take to arrive at my door?
Your currency order will be delivered to your doorstep within 2 - 5 business days of placing your order subject to unavoidable delays caused, for example, by weather, or other factors outside our control. As well, due to our confirmation policy, the transaction may take additional time. For this reason we ask that you include both your day and night telephone numbers, if applicable. The sooner we can reach you for voice confirmation of your order, the faster your order will be on your doorstep.

16. Why do you not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Rural Addresses?
Our goal at fcexchange.com is to deliver the currency to our customers as quickly as possible. Therefore, we send all of our orders by overnight courier. Unfortunately, there are some addresses to which our courier service cannot deliver. These addresses include P.O. Boxes and some rural addresses (eg: R.R.#). We can only process credit cards with billing addresses that are physical street addresses.

17. Are there any commissions or fees?
No. FCExchange.com, charges NO COMMISSIONS AND NO FEES.

18. Why do you only deliver to the credit card billing address?
FCExchange.com only delivers to the billing address of a credit card for the security of our customers. We believe that by only delivering to the address of the credit card, fraudulent credit card purchases will be less appealing as the order cannot be shipped to just any address. Your protection is our priority.

19. What happens if my telephone number is unlisted?
Due to our security policies, we require that you have a telephone number listed in the telephone book. Unfortunately, for customers with unlisted telephone numbers, we require you to fax us a Utility Bill in your name and with the same address as your credit card billing address. You can fax this to (703) 379-5167.

20. Why do you require recorded voice confirmation of my order?
As we do not receive a signature for online credit card purchases, we require recorded voice confirmation of all FCExchange.com foreign currency orders. This helps prevent against the misuse of your card as you will always be notified when you have made a purchase through our company. It is only a couple of minutes of time for your peace of mind!
